DJ Slim Jones is a Pensacola-based DJ, remix artist, mashup creator, and producer reshaping recognizable music into unexpected relationships between songs, eras, and worlds.
Two decades behind the sound
The work is built over more than twenty years, with no permanent category imposed on it. It moves by instinct: a familiar record, a surprising connection, and the craft required to make the relationship hold.
Some earlier work can be found under the former name DJ Scumbag Slim. That name remains useful for continuity; DJ Slim Jones is the current home for the work.
